From Coldness to Boldness Exodus 7:1-12The first six chapters deal with the person of the deliverer... Moses. Chapters seven through twelve deal with the work of redemption as God frees His people from bondage. This section begins the first great concentrated period of biblical miracles. The second great period will be during the days of Elijah and Elisha. The third period will be during the time of Jesus and the apostles. Chapter seven and onward will reveal a marked change in Moses. Something has happened to this guy. He is no longer timid, hesitant, and discouraged. That is how we left him. If we heed the message of God, He will then give the power to conquer and triumph in life.
