Who does win and who loses?
Let's think about it and take a look at Matthew 16 and Mark 8.
If you find someone that claims to be a "doctor" but knows nothing about doctoring nor practicing medicine, what have you found? A fraud. You've found a fraudulent person selling a false claim.
You find someone that claims to be a "lawyer" but knows nothing about our legal code nor practicing law, and has no authority, by the law, to act as a lawyer, and you have found a fraudulent person and a false claim.
You find someone who claims to be "Christian" but knows nothing about being BOUGHT, SOUGHT, CAUGHT and TAUGHT by Jesus, Himself... nor GOING for Jesus, with His promise and blessing, to make disciples and teach them all things He's TAUGHT them, and you have found a fraudulent person and a false claim.
There's NOT a single believer (that is, a new creature in Christ Jesus, that's been born again, FROM above and FOR above), not even one, that has't been intentionally BOUGHT, SOUGHT, CAUGHT and TAUGHT by Jesus, Himself. (2 Corinthians 5:14-21).
