In part 21 of our Acts Bible study we are introduced to Saul of Tarsus for the first time. We look at how he zealously persecuted the Church which only caused Christianity to spread. A discussion of the fact that God did NOT change Saul's name to Paul, it was always both Saul and Paul and why it is important that we realize that. We discuss how persecution causes Christians to wake up to the need to spread the Gospel. We also discuss the fact that the early Church met not only in houses but in buildings, Temples, and Synagogues.
