New Years is a wonderful time to reflect on the previous year and look forward to a prosperous and bountiful New Year. We celebrate by counting down until midnight, watching the ball drop and making New Year’s resolutions. Many resolve to make exercise a priority, others want to cut out unhealthy habits from their life, but most use New Year’s resolutions as an attempt to make their upcoming year better than year before. People simply want to improve themselves.
