In the last couple of lessons from Colossians 1, we have been looking at our incredible salvation. Paul has been explaining it from God's point of view and showing its importance. We saw that it is tied up in Christ and that through Christ He has reconciled all things to Himself. Christ is the only way and has provided everything that we need. We were also shown how this has taken us from the kingdom of Satan and translated us into the kingdom of God. Yet in the midst of this, Paul is going to put in a warning. He does this out of concern that since we are the recipients of this incredible salvation, we should not forget it must impact how we live our lives as well.
