In this sixth part of our Esther Bible Study we look at Chapters 7 and 8 which details Queen Esther going before King Ahasuerus to plead for the lives of her people. She accuses Haman of being an evil adversary. King Ahasuerus pronounces a death sentence on Haman and then Esther convinces him to reverse the decree to kill all Jews on the 13th of Adar. Mordecai is made second in command in Persia and given the power to write the new decree. An explanation of Hebrews, Israelite, and Jews is also provided in this lesson as well as some facts of how God is still blessing Israel.
