If we have food and raiment we have reason to be content. Jesus himself didn't have a place to call home. If we have God we have reason to be content. If we inquire of the Lord we can find an answer. When troubles come we should find ourselves surrounded by praying people. To be discontent is to question God and what He has provided for us.

Great Sermon! This sermon is wonderful! When we have the great God of the universe living in our hearts we can truly be content. We also are definitely blessed with much more than just food and raiment and God said that was enough reason to be content. When we are content each day with what God sends our way no matter what, we will find that when the hard times come He can be our all in all. As paul says in Phillipians 4:11 "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content." God help us to learn that as well.
