God's intention in His design and creation of man and then woman is for their distinctions to be recognized, acknowledged, and lived out corresponding to His choice for each person. While man can attempt to alter or change the gender a person is born with they cannot, neither physically nor biblically. Neither denial, disfigurement, nor putting on display the desires of the sin nature can change who and how God made each individual. Each individual, every person born into the human race is as a sinner and the expression and demonstration of that sinfulness is displayed in numerous ways. Any opposition and rebellion against God, His word, and His will is sin and accountability is to God. God created men and women as males and females. Those distinctions are unalterable and those who find the gender they were born with unacceptable do so because of the sin nature they were born with. The ultimate need is God's salvation not a change in the gender they want to live out. Opposition to God is always destructive and a forfeiture of the fullness of life that only God and a relationship with Him provides, besides bringing present and eternal judgment.
