The Good Thing
A little encouragement for the brethren to help establish each of you for every good word and work ... I pray this blesses you, as it does me.
"If God is for us, who can be against us? He who [spared not] His only Son, but delivered Him up for us all, shall He not also, with Him, [freely give] us all things?" (Romans 8:31-32)
Glory... what a word to trust and live from. He will NOT spare what the believers need today, tomorrow and forever. He will SPARE not what is needed FOR life and death, life and eternal life, life and abundant life. He will spare NOT what is needed IN life for heartache and joy, suffering and triumph, shame and delight, guilt and freedom, faith and folly, love and hate, hope and despair, courage and fear, wisdom and lies, sin and grace. He will SPARE not what is most needful TO accomplish our assignment, the authority for that assignment, the answers to the obstacles we will face on that assignment, the wisdom to display His ways to others, as we fulfill our assignment and the abundance of His fruit, to feed others His grace and truth, as we reach, teach, equip and mobilize others for Jesus ππ»ππ»ππ»
Glory... He spared not, and with Jesus, He freely gives, all that we need, as the sons of Korah remind us:
"For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory, no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly... blessed is the man who trust in You." (Psalm 84:11-12)
He is the faithful believers SOURCE OF LIGHT, SHIELD OF LOVE and SUPPLY OF LIFE... and NO GOOD THING will He withhold from each of them that trust and obey Him. Yes, EVERY good thing we need, for EVERY thing we face, we are promised |
