Great Sermon! There are so many good things to comment on for this sermon that it's hard to know how to encourage others to listen to it. The verses from 2 Peter 1:5-7 are thoroughly expounded. I like the example used in explaining that the 7 character traits mentiond are like cords of a rope, that we are working on all of them all the time and not something we arrive at and then move on to the next. I thought the warning to not engage in stoic or victim mentality was very good. And that we must work diligently at love or else we wouldn't be exhorted to do so, a deliberate love, sacrificial for the others good. Finally, that these traits are our responsibility as God's children, they are born in the gift of faith and end in love.
