1. They listen to their shepherds voice, but will not heed the voice of strangers. 2. They follow the shepherd, but run away from strangers. 3. They enter by the door (true faith in Jesus Christ and His righteousness). 4. They are saved, safe, and secure. They go in and out and find pasture. They have abundant life because of the shepherd. 5. They may not all belong to the same fold, but they will all become one flock with one shepherd -- Jesus! (v. 16)

Preservation of the Saints 1) They are Christ's sheep. 2) They follow Christ. 3) The sheep are given ETERNAL life. 4) This life is GIVEN to them. 5) The Lord Himself declares that they shall NEVER perish. 6) No one can pluck them from the Shepherd's hand. 7) Above Christ and the sheep is the Father's hand.
