A Christian may and will walk at times as a “carnal” person (this is Paul's point addressing the Corinthians' divisions over men), but it is not true that a person who has received Christ as Savior may not have received Him as Lord, because Christ is both Lord and Savior, and sin will no longer reign and have dominion in the mortal body of a believer. Rom 6:6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, that our body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin;
Sin remains, but as a hated enemy. A professing Christian who does not live in an ongoing battle confessing, fighting and struggling against sin is not a carnal Christian but an unbeliever (1Jn 2:4, 9; 3:6-9)
a) This does not negate that spiritual growth has stages.
b) It does not mean either that there are not immature Christians for Paul admits that there are 1 Cor 3:1-3
c) The life of a Christian may incur in spiritual declension times because of the temporary trap of certain besetting sins (Ex: David) but those times of declension will normally bring the discipline of the Lord and eventual restoring of the believer. (Psalms 32 y 51).
II- Man Glorified
a) The intermediate state: as it is called is an incomplete stage, since the body is not part of this glorification
b) Glorification will occur at the second coming of Jesus when He will come with the souls of the righteous perfected and our bodies will rise in a glorified state when soul and body will unite and we will be forever with the Lord both in that state.
