On this program, we will be making an introductory study of Exodus chapter 20 and looking at the Decalogue, or as we call them, the Ten Commandments. We are going to allow the whole counsel of God to tell us why God gave the Law, the purpose, application and fulfillment.
Understanding the Law is a blessing. Misunderstanding the Law is a curse.
The key to assurance of salvation is to understand the Gospel and to trust God's word on the matter. And the key to being a witness to lost loved ones is having the confidence of knowing that you are saved and having the knowledge and ability to share what you know with that lost person.
So, why did God give us the Law and how can we use it lawfully, as Paul says.
