These also serve as sentencing guidelines to ensure that the victim is given more consideration than the criminal but that the criminal is not subject to cruel and unusual punishment.

But they are wrong and God is right!

We do not allow prayer in our schools, or religious education, but we allow these Satanic classes! That is how far we have fallen away from God!
