God has had, from before the foundation of the world, perfect knowledge of all that He purposed to do, and how to bring it about, how to create all things and then to sustain what He has created; how to fulfill all that He has purposed in Christ for the salvation of His elect people; also, how to bring about the fulfillment of all of His purposes in regard to the wicked, are fulfilled in perfect justice, and how all of these things will make for the demonstration of His glory in all that He purposes and does.
