What do people say about Jesus today? Some will find the truth uncomfortable, they will think that they know better than Him, and one day such will earn His rebuke, rather than the salvation promised to those who believe upon Him.
"Follow me",Jesus said. Do you follow the Jesus we find in the Bible, the Jesus who is the Son of the Living God; the Lord of Glory? The way to life is narrow, but we are told "this is the way, walk ye in it." Listen to Him, the one who offered Himself upon the cross on behalf of sinners. We are indeed upon solid ground when we decide to follow Him.
Dear friend own yourself as a sinner - but there is a problem! He sets us terms! Heaven will only contain the 100% holy, and of ourselves we are not holy. Only when we are in Jesus are we acceptable to God and able to enter Heaven. We must therefore agree to His terms - repent of your sins dear friend, leave behind the world and its ways. Indentify with the one who is the Saviour of sinners. Deny yourself, forsake sin and put on Christ.
See in the cross upon which Jesus died, the love of God for you. Trust Him and by following Him you will find life and be fitted for Heaven.
