This Psalm also reveals where true happiness is found and how it can be maintained through all our circumstances. We learn that this happiness will then permeate all areas of life and prove enduring through the whole course of our lives.
What and who, must and must not be allowed to influence and shape our lives becomes critical in this pursuit of happiness. The word of God is our source of happiness and the counsel that will guide us in our living the life of happiness, peace and joy.
