Advent refers to the objective reality of Christ’s coming. Epiphany is a an illuminating appearance revealing Christ’s true identity. Titus 2:11-14 speaks of Christ’s first coming as an epiphany of God’s grace which, by giving Himself for our redemption, trains us to renounce our old way of life and pursue the godliness which God intends for His people. The passage also declares that Christ’s future return, which we be an Epiphany for the whole world, is our blessed hope. We are to live in anticipation of the day when we will receive the fullness of Christ’s redemption.

Outstanding Sermon! Without God's Grace we have no salvation. This is one of the most powerful revelations we have in the Holy Bible, yet it is almost never preached. No wonder our churches are so weak and the people lost -- This message should be preached regularly.
