The Context 14:25 -- is the start of this section – speaking to the multitudes. 16:1 – He now turns his attention to his disciples. 16:14 – The Pharisees sneer and Christ turns his attention to them. 16:19 – The famous story of the rich man and Lazarus. There is an application in this story to the entire crowd -- Disciples -- The Multitudes – and the Pharisees. 17:1 – Christ turns again to his disciples until v. 10.

Great Sermon! This is an excellent sermon on some often misunderstood verses of Scripture. There are many good points made by Pastor Marquedant. May we apply ourselves more heartily, than the world does to worldliness, for the Kingdom, for the King, for the glory of our Great God!
