God is not like us. But we can learn from Him and about Him in relation to the Scriptures. Concerning the Incommunicable Attributes - There is no analogy between infiniteness and finiteness. The Communicable Attributes will be things which by way of analogy we have a similitude or likeness to God. Such things as love, knowledge, and even power. But the Incommunicable Attributes there is no comparison. They are His "Great Making" Attributes. And we will see later that these Incomommunicable Attributes really go under the Communicable Attributes in a wonderful way which will bring us great delight and comfort. Today we will start with Oneness, Simplicity, Spirituality, and Incomparability of our God. This is our God whom we rightly desire to know more about Him.
