It has been said that the primary factor that affects the way a person lives is their belief system. If a person truly believes something, they will act upon it. Conduct is dictated by our creed.
Now, while in an absolute sense this is true; what we do is affected by what we believe. This is the words of James.
James 2:18, “Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.â€
Practically speaking however, I have found that the primary influence that dictates a person's activity on a moment-by-moment basis is NOT so much their Belief, BUT their Desire!
