Here we have wise instruction that would prevent many relationships from being wounded or completely destroyed. If you have an issue with someone, go to them and seek to resolve it. We have two choices when we find a fault in another individual; we can either talk about them, or talk to them. God is honored when we talk to them, and work toward reconciliation. For sincere Christians, reconciliation isn't as difficult as we might think. Now, I want to be clear, when I say it isn't as difficult as we might think, that doesn't mean that it will not be uncomfortable. Resolving conflict is a skill that must be developed. The more time you do it, the less awkward it gets. Again, God is honored as we handle conflict His way, because it is a reflection of the grace and commitment He has exercised toward us. May we look to Him for strength and wisdom in our day to day relationships.
