Proverbs 16:5 Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished. The devil is the father of pride (Isa 14:12-14, Pr 16:18) and some of his most corrupt (Hosea 9:9) children boast of their pride with signs in the streets. Ezekiel 16:49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride. Notice how the devil's children take a lesson from him and substitute God's rendering, Sodom, for their "better rendering," "gay." So instead of the sign reading Sodom Pride it reads "gay pride." So the proverb for today says it is obomanation, oh, I misspelled that, it says abomination to the LORD. Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. So today's proverb says that they have a heart problem. Pride comes from the heart. Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Matthew 15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Now why did that scripture say that? God knows that the Sodomites are going to join hand in hand with the compromising christians, and the wolves in sheep clothing, and the charismaniacs, and the cat holics (Rev 17:3-5), and all the others who think our problems will be solved by getting together without Jesus Christ. Read Genesis chapter 11 and see what will happen again. Today's proverb says they will not be unpunished.
What are we to do? 2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses, so maybe you will be able to say like the apostle Paul, 2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
God bless you and good day.
