Yet not before the gospel is done,

The message of Christ must go to all the world,

The good news of salvation must be heard.

The final call of God shall be given,

The forgiveness of sin and hope of heaven,

For Jesus once died for sin,

Salvation by grace through faith in him.

The end of the age will come at last,

But not before the first, the last,

The alpha and omega will come in the cloud,

A trumpet shall sound ever so loud,

That day is not known to any man,

In all the world or across the land.

The end of the age is a definate time,

Set by God and kept to define, his church and his people an aion of time.
