The ladies of Byron Center Protestant Reformed Church (Byron Center, MI) hosted a Friday through Saturday ladies retreat on March 2-3, 2006. The conference theme was taken from Ephesians 5:17, "Women Walking in Wisdom: Understanding the Will of the Lord." There were as many as 400 women in attendance, coming from as far as California, the mid-west and Canada. Three speeches were given, as well as special music, and ladies dividing into smaller groups for discussion on topics related to christian women and their calling. This is the first of the three speeches, delivered by Rev. Ronald Van Overloop, pastor of Byron Center PRC. Follow the links on this page to the other two speeches by Rev.
