Our children's church attendance continues to do well. Teens is average, with some teens coming back that haven't come for a while. We do seem to have a faithful "core" now. Two of those have come for several years, coming up through the children's program. Their mother is very unstable and they are likely to move at any time, like they have done several times in the past. (Their mother spent several months in jail recently.) So we pray and try to give them all the chance we can to make decisions for God and grow in Christ while we have them.

We have had a couple visitors in the last two weeks from the new area we started working in this summer. We have had more results from that area than any area that we have worked in before.

We continue to distribute tracts and invitations in the general area of the church in preparation for our Sept. special Sundays. Some schools have started, and all schools will start by Sept. 3rd, so we have seen a couple people come back after being gone all summer.
