We had a tremendous day yesterday. We initially planned on 250 to
attend. Our biggest day to date was 210. We decided to plan for 300
just in case. We had 150 gifts for kids and food for 150 adults. We
ended up having 147 kids, 16 babies, and 177 adults -- a total of 340
in church! The food stretched to feed all but some of us workers. We
praise God for the seven women and three men that came forward and
accepted Christ of the 118 adult visitors that attended. We had several
more raise their hand recognizing their lost condition, but did not
come forward. We pray that they be saved soon. What a joy to preach to
the unsaved. It is always the most enjoyable message to preach for me
as a preacher, although it is the one where I feel the greatest
responsibility.

Another adult was saved as one our men, the soldier who is an escort
for the Secretary of the Army, was put in place at the entrance of the
sporting center for security and witnessed to a man at the door. I
praise God for all our workers and the seven counselors I could count
on to deal with the unsaved in a thorough manner.

Last night we had a man named Cristobal who came for the second time and brought a
visitor with him. He first came when he walked by our church and was
attracted by our congregational singing. He is a Christian and a
sculptor who gets orders mostly from companies and the government and
occasionally from rich patrons. He also has some seminary training in
an evangelical school. We get the most interesting people. Toby, the
German in our church, and Cristobal hit it off good talking for over an hour after
church.
