Thank you for your prayers. We asked you all to pray for an unspoken request a few weeks ago, and the hand of God has been seen in many ways. The result; an explosive situation in our ministry has been diffused. Thank you again for praying.

Every Sunday afternoon, 6 to 8 boys between the ages 8-15 stick around on Sunday afternoon to play games with some of the teachers and my children. These boys are hungry for attention, and we all enjoy spending time with them. Pray for us as we prepare to organize this afternoon time between church services to make it more profitable and hopefully more fun.

A very importantant aspect of keeping these boys involved and walking with the Lord is cultivating a relationship with their parents. These 8 boys represent 4 pairs of brothers. Not a single parent in these 4 families seems interested in Christ. We have finished Bible studies with some of them and have requested audience with them all. Please pray that these boys will all be saved, that they will be a great testimony to their parents, that their parents will open their hearts to Christ, and that their parents will trust us enough to allow us to continue influencing their children.

One of these young boys, Charo, was baptized on February 21st. Charo is a very bright young man with many good questions. Pray for him to grow in his relationship with God.
