Dear Praying Friends,

Please pray for this Sunday as we are in the campaign and will continue to get visitors, that these visitors be not infected. We were going to have a Mexican missionary to the indigenous people preach and he was going to be our promotion, but he decided not to come because of the epidemic. What to do? An idea began to formulate in my mind as I read in an article after the earthquake here a quote from an office worker who descended from the swaying skyscraper. Referring to the latest events, he said, "This is like the Apocalypse." Another headline said, "Sign of the Times?" Rumores on the street swirled that the major supermarkets would be shut down and we received a e-mail message from the American Embassy to stock up on two week's worth of groceries. The Lord gave me the idea a message on the Last Days according to Revelation and a flyer inviting the public to hear it. The flyer quotes Jesus teaching on future earthquakes, pestilence, terror, and famine. Yesterday evening, we passed out over 1,200 flyers and had a good response and that night even received our first phone asking about the service. Please pray that souls be saved.
