‘He Shall’

The Son of God is the Personage of all Inspiration of God and therefore particular redemption (the successful accomplishment of the Redeemer) is the theme of the gospel of God. The Word of God is distinctly clear in this matter and I hope that I shall be as well. If I should omit or fail to preach clearly (on purpose or otherwise) the redemptive work of the Lamb of God in any way, I am an accursed preacher preaching another gospel. In no case or sense did Christ Jesus our Lord die for everyone universally.

No place in all of the Word of God is universal redemption even suggested. Knowing this to be so, no one that is shady or vague in respect to the glorious truth of particular redemption will preach in the pulpit at Fairmont Grace Church as long as I am pastor. By God’s grace I will not compromise the glory of Christ for the sake of unity and peace with those who seek to exalt the flesh and dethrone our omnipotent Savior.

Either we promote ourselves or we promote Christ. I pray it is Christ. “Worthy is the Lamb!”. “He shall save His people from their sins” is my only assurance, my only hope, and your only hope of salvation before the Thrice Holy God. “He shall save His people from their sins” is the only message from God to poor sinners that makes “Christ and Him crucified” of any consequence and gives comfort to our heart. If He died for every living human being we have no hope at all because myriads have and will perish. If salvation is in my hands, depending on the exercise of my “shall”, I am doomed eternally. Thanks be unto God it is not recorded “You shall”. It is written, “And she shall bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins.” The glory of Almighty God and His Christ is thrown out with the garbage in the message of universal redemption.

God’s message, the message of Christ and Him crucified, i.e. - particular redemption, reveals the crown of salvation on His glorious head, (not mine or your‘s) where it belongs
