Thank God for his blessing on us as we celebrate our 203rd anniversary this weekend.
Pray for Marilyn as she rests after her hospital operations this week.
Pray for Vanessa and Pete as they prepare for the birth of their first baby.
Pray for Daniel as he faces uncertainty at work.
Pray for Ralph as he preaches at Erith today.
Pray for Anthony Green and his wife, who was rushed into hospital yesterday.
Pray for Mark as he preaches at short notice this evening.
Prayer For The Local Area:
Yateley is the church on the Prayer Link for the coming week. The church correspondent writes, ‘The Lord has blessed us with the conversion of one of our young people and a steady stream of new people meeting with us. Please pray for fruit from our Life 08 exhibition in September.'
Prayer For The Wider Area:
Iran
STOP PRESS: IRAN
Thank you very much for your prayers for two Iranian Christian converts, Mahmood Matin-Azad and Arash Basirat, who were arrested on 15 May and charged with apostasy from Islam. Praise God that the two men were released on 30 September. Please continue to pray for their safety.
In the past some Christian converts who were imprisoned and then released have been killed after their release. Please pray also that the death penalty for apostasy will not become part of Iranian law.
