How would you defend your faith?
There is place for mystery in theology, such as when a believer contemplates the vast realities of God that are hopelessly beyond the fallen human mind. Mystery here is healthy and respectful because it prevents believers from speaking reductionistically about God. Here mystery is at home.In one of the examples, I have posed the question, "How would you defend your faith against a theory like this?" It is only people who are well acquinted with the major teachings of God's word that will be able to answer confidently, without falling prey to the pressure to become mysterious where God had given clarity.
