We had a youth activity on New Year's eve day, going bowling, to a gym, and doing some other activities and preaching at church. We had a good crowd with 14. An exciting thing was to have some girls come out! I think I have mentioned before that our youth have been all boys for quite a while. Others would have come Saturday, but some couldn't come because of preparations at home for New Year's eve. It is a time of being at home, going to a relative's home, or going to the center of town for festivities and a word from the President at midnight. So we were thankful to have the ones we had. They definitely had a good time. There is one bowling alley of four lanes here; not one of the teens that went had ever bowled before!

We trust you all had a good New Year. We look forward to 2006 with anticipation of making strides in our Christian lives that will make it more possible for God to use us in accordance with His will.
