We’ve been studying a series on Wednesday nights on “The Prayers of Jesus Christ” and have just begun a series in Adult Sunday School class on “Lessons from Bible Couples.”

Mt. Zion School of Theology opened in September with 4 classes including: 1 Corinthians, Cults and World Religions, Music in the Church, and Women of the Bible I. We also kick-off our Master’s Club, Youth, and Home School Meetings for the year. Sat., Sept. 13 was our annual Master’s Club Bike Rodeo.
October features our annual Missionary Conference, Wed.-Sun., Oct. 22-26 with missionaries from around the world. Services begin at 7:00 pm nightly. There will be no service Saturday night. Each night, we will see a slide or DVD presentation, hear testimonies from 2 missionaries, special music, congregational music, and preaching from one of the missionaries. There will also be a junior missionary conference each night for the children. Thursday at 10 am, the missionaries will assemble Bible portions with our people. Friday, everyone will meet at 10:00 am for a time of fellowship and lunch. The men and boys will go to Teen Haven Camp for activities. The ladies and girls will meet in our gym to hear from the missionary wives. Come and enjoy a challenging and fun week with us. The conference ends after the Sunday morning service.
