I've been fluctuating between the bottom two the last couple of months for the systolic and the second and third for the diastolic. (On Facebook, I posted a blood pressure chart from the American Heart Association).

Also, I have type 2 diabetes that I let go untreated for years. I started the diabetes treatment about 100 or so days ago.

The battle with the flesh is real, friends.

The warfare with Satan is real.

Take care of your bodies. I didn't take care of mine as good as I should have, as I was consumed with my spirit and mind at the expense of the body.

Anger is a bad thing. Righteous indignation does happen, but don't permit anger to reign in you because of it. I made this mistake, and am sorry for it. I know that the Lord Jesus Christ has forgiven me, as I've not lost His Peace.

I tell you these things, brothers (and sisters, for those who will see this post on Sermon Audio) so that you have a testimony to my failures.

Don't try to take more upon yourselves than you're able to bear. I did, and almost died because of it (I'm still in the danger zone, but it's no longer critical).

It's been since Good Friday, that all this came about upon me. Yet, in spite of it all, I am grateful that it came upon me. For it is yet another example of God's Mercy. I've been blessed to have been delivered from my errors in conduct.

The Narrow Road, is a hard road. Remember that.
