“Coffee with Christ”

(Genesis 3:22)

“And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:”

Just as the tree of life was withheld from Adam that he might die a physical death as a consequence of his sin and yet be saved for eternity, so God withholds the understanding of His word from those who will pay the wage of sin by suffering the second death. Grace for one and justice for the latter. May God be Glorified for being both Gracious and Just! Notice the similarity between the verses above and those beneath. The parable of the Sower, the seed and the soil.
