“Coffee with Christ”

(John 1:5)

“And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

Light and darkness! Obviously polar opposites. The power is in the light to overcome the darkness not the other way around. Physical light causes physical darkness to flee. Darkness has no power. It is only caused by the absence of power, light. Spiritual Light and darkness are the same. We as physical human beings are born with the absence of Spiritual Light. That is, we are born Spiritually dead! Separated from The Light, that is God Himself, by being born in sin! No Light and No Life, Spiritually! As long as we are unable to comprehend the Light which is Christ, The Word, we are bound by that very darkness that we ourselves have become. It is only The Light that can set us free! Regeneration, Illumination is an act of The Light apart from the cooperation of the darkness. It is indeed the gift of God! If Christ shall set you free, ye shall be free indeed! In Acts 23:15-18 Christ sent Paul unto the Gentiles, to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to Light! Ye are the light of the world. Let it shine so the world may see The Light, Christ, in you!
