Today we celebrate what is very possibly the most important day in our Christian Heritage. Where would we be today if it was not for the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ? Paul said in I Corinthians that if it were not for Christ rising from the dead then our faith would be in vain and we would have no hope for eternity. Praise His holy name the Christ died, was buried and rose again. We are able to live in victory throughout our Christian life because of His resurrection power.
I want to give a special “Thank You” to everyone that prayed, gave, and helped with the Save New England Conference this week. I have continued to receive messages of how the meeting helped pastors and giving thanks to the church people for the welcome and work that made the meeting so beneficial. From the depths of my heart, I say thank you for having a servant’s heart and attending the meeting. God sure did meet with us in each service and challenge us about our vision to reach those that are around us and in this region.
Please continue to pray during this upcoming week as I will take some of our young people on a trip to Pennsylvania and a youth rally out there. I am personally looking forward to the time with them as we travel. Thank you for being a praying and loving church. Each of you are a blessing and are loved and prayed for regularly.
