Blessings friends, I just wanted to point out, as you watch this little video, what you can't see. What you can’t see is that this little ladybug, that got my attention, is going to leave exactly upon the same path that she came. I happen to notice her, and by the time I was paying closer attention to her, I started videoing and didn't know she was going to go back, the same way she came. I thought she was going to go somewhere else, but she fooled me. There were a lot of ups and downs along that cord of my microphone, but we see she never found exactly what she was looking for. Yes, there were some highs and some lows, she examined some things along the way, but she went back exactly on the same path that she came in on.

She went back toward, as you can see, as she gets l closer, she's making her way back to my bible. But, as she does, she just goes around it but never gets in it. Wow... that is such a picture of so many, today.

Ephesians five says we are to be filled with the Spirit of God. That simply is saying, that we need to be under the influence of God, by way of His spiritual influence in our life. Colossians says that we should allow the word of Christ to dwell richly within us. Both for speaking about influence. The influence of the understanding of the word of God and the influence of the unction of the person of the Spirit of God in our lives. And, if we're not careful, we have a lot of highs and lows and we never find what we're looking for. Why? Because we may get a near or skirt the word but we never get into the word. And you, my friend, I, we, need to be ALL in, when it comes to the word of God, so that it may influence every aspect of our lives, that the Spirit of God, the presence of God, the favor of God, may direct and fill and influence and empower us to walk in the will of God. You can skirt it, but you just gonna keep going right back to what you've always done. Why? Because all you've done is skirt the truth, but never jumped headfirst into it. Get in the word and let the spirit fill you.

One gives us the understanding we need to live, the other gives us the unction or power to live in that understanding, and we need both.

And I tell you, you can't live this life and skirt the word of God, and expect anything different than what you already have.

And some of you are skirting the word and you’ve never jumped in headfirst. I pray that doesn’t describe you. And, if it does, and your life has been a roller coaster, with a lot of ups and downs, and you find yourself going right back to where you've always been, there's a likelihood that you've been skirting the word but have never seriously jumped into it and let it dwell richly in you.

And I encourage you, today, make a commitment that you are going to get in the word of God. And you’re gonna learn it, and you’re gonna want to know it and you’re can ask God to teach you it and you want it to dwell richly, to have full reign in your life, so that you're not just skirting it, but you're jumping into it. And then watch the difference that it makes in your life. Hey, it's a lifetime investment, you can't expect things to be radically transformed, in every dynamic of your life today, because you got in the word of God, yesterday. No, you commit that you’re giving your life to know Him and make him known. And He must teach you and fill you and influence you. And you’re not going to skirt it no more, but you’re getting in it.

It’s the INFLOW and OVERFLOW of both the Spirit of God and the Sense of God’s word that not only encourages and corrects us, but instructs us in the ways of righteousness. His very presence in us, and a growing knowledge of Jesus, is the fountain head that everything for kingdom life, family and fruitfulness flows out of.

Both Colossians 3:16 and Ephesians 5:18 teach us about the irreplaceable importance of His Scriptures and His Spirit in our lives.

For a continuous filling of the Spirit, and letting the Word of Christ dwelling richly within us... not a mere skirting around them, will be used by God to make kingdom size differences in our lives.

It’s when the Spirit is giving unction, and the Scriptures are providing understanding to us, by faith, there can ONLY be something marvelous and beautiful that can come out of that divine union. Thank You Jesus
