The Scripture says “The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.” (Proverbs 16:33) That means, the decision is already made. The scripture says “The steps of a good man (child of God) are ordered by the LORD...” (Psalm 37:23) That means, they cannot be changed. “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not to thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5,6)
