HYMN OF THE DAY
They All Are Here
The Lord, who sits by the Father,
Will proclaim, "They all are here!"
All the Father gave the Savior
At His right hand doth appear.
'Tis by grace they stand there with Him,
Who ordained for them this place.
By His own blood, He forgave them:
All those sinners saved by grace.
Of that crowd no man can number,
Dressed in robes of righteousness.
He, who cannot fail nor slumber,
Had provided them His Rest.
For eternity they'll praise Him;
For His Sov'reign and Free Grace.
Christ, who is the Surety for them,
Is their Anchor in that place.
The Lord Jesus became a man
To represent all His own.
Did for them what no mere man can;
Took their place before God's throne.
Once for all, He put sins away;
There for them He doth appear.
Our Lord, who saves sinners today,
Will proclaim, "They all are here!"
Tune: Holy Manna, pg. 15

CHRIST IS ALL!
"What do I believe concerning the gospel? Christ is All! What do I believe the scriptures teach? Christ is All! What do I believe concerning prophecy? Christ is All! What do I believe concerning particular redemption and righteousness? Christ is All!? What do I believe concerning the new birth, the new man and sanctification? Christ is All!? What do I believe concerning the believer's motive, constraint and walk? Christ is All! What do I believe concerning the believer's preservation and perseverance in faith? Christ is All!? What do I believe concerning resurrection? Christ is All!? What do I believe concerning heavenly glory? Christ is All!? From this point forward, let me save valuable time for all who have questions for me. The answer is "Christ is All!" (Colossians 3: 11)." - Clay Curtis
ABSOLUTE ASSURANCE
"The believer in the Lord Jesus knows with absolute assurance that for him to have any hope of eternal life, the Father had to have chosen him in Christ before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4).
He's absolutely sure that he is a sinner and that for his guilt to have truly been put away, his sin had to have been dealt with in Christ his Substitute (2 Corinthians 5:21) and now, shall never be charged to him (Romans 8:1).
He's absolutely sure that the perfect life that Christ lived as his Representative and Surety is now and shall forever be his only righteousness before God (Romans 4:6-7).
And he's absolutely sure, having come to Christ by faith, he shall forever be with the Lord (John 17:24)." - Marvin Stalnaker
"If we're not in Christ when we go through that door marked "death", we'll die in our sins and go out into eternal torment. But if we're in Christ Jesus, "There is therefore now no condemnation". RIGHT NOW! We have received a FULL PARDON from God Himself because of the perfect redeeming work of His Darling Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who paid the ransom price in full for all of His chosen people. "In Christ Jesus" is the only hope for any of us hell-deserving sinners. What God-honoring joy to know that we were "chosen in Christ" by our Heavenly Father before this world was created (Eph. 1:3 - 4). We were in Christ when He came into this world. We were in Christ when He perfectly obeyed God's laws for us. We were in Christ when He suffered the wrath of God as our Substitute, dying in our room and stead. We were in Christ when He was buried, when He arose from the dead, and when He ascended into heaven, having obtained eternal redemption for us. God the Holy Spirit placed us in the body of Christ when He raised us from a state of spiritual deadness, giving us faith to believe the Gospel. And absolutely nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus. What joy, what peace, in knowing that we are 'In Christ Jesus'. 'O to grace, how great a debtor, daily I'm constrained to be'." - Gene Harmon
An aged Christian, lying, on his death-bed in a state of such extreme weakness that he was often entirely unconscious of all around him, was asked the cause of his perfect peace. He replied, "When I am able to think, I think of Jesus; and when I am unable to think of him, I know he is thinking of me." - Copied
The Scriptures plainly say, "He that believeth on the Son of God hath eternal life." I plan to leave it right there--adding nothing and taking nothing away. Jesus Christ is the all-sufficient Saviour, and he that believes on Him is not condemned. I also add that this matter of justification by faith is the article by which a church, a minister, or a professor of Christianity stands or falls. There is no bridge between MERIT and MERCY. They are as far apart as the poles and never the twain shall meet. - Henry Mahan
