Halloween simply "is". In terms of Halloween being ingrained into the national culture of the US. The reality is, in terms of our children being exposed to Halloween, it does not matter if we like it, or choose to rename it a Harvest Festival, or choose not to celebrate it - no matter our personal decision our children will be exposed to it in every shopping center, grocery store and decorated building throughout the US for the month of October. What we as Christian parents need to do is be proactive. This is the last of three blogs dealing with the use of Halloween for evangelism and spiritual growth. This last posting is of the Trivia Test for teens. We have found them very responsive to this type of Bible Study. For a more complete answer key follow the link to our website to the section on Holiday Resources. Scroll down to Halloween, choose Trivia Test and the answer key begins on page four.
