There's more to it than that. Both founders (Islam & Mormonism) claim to have received their revelations from an angel. I believe this is absolutely true. The Bible tells us that Satan can appear as an "angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:13-15).
This is what happens when the small minds of men take the place of God's Word. When have these so-called "men of faith" ever taken a Bible stand against sodomy?
Let's remember that God's Word says that the condition of the world will only become worse and worse, not better and better. "As in the days of Noah"/"As in the days of Lot". This is the only course when the Bible is rejected.
How interesting. I'm sure many people (atheists, etc.) can't stand it. Too bad. What are the owners going to do? Will they try to force a star quarterback or pitcher not to express his Christianity? Not hardly. They would be cutting their financial throats and they know it. Some of these guys are good role models for children. I'm certain that the Bible-haters are dreading Tim Tebow going to the NFL.
If I still used the modern Bible versions, as I did for some time, I would be confused about many basic Bible doctrines. They are NOT consistent with the fundamentals of God's Word. This even includes the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I'll say it again. The Devil can't destroy the Bible, so he does the next best thing. He changes it.

Yes, it's ALL bad! This is America, not communist China. The day someone tells me that I am forbidden to pray where or as I please is the day that person will fully understand the meaning of the word "unpleasant". That will be the definition of their experience. Our forefathers never tolerated this kind of nonsense and neither should we!!
I have recently found a very interesting and informative website on the King James Bible and manuscripts. It was created by a man who used the NASB and NIV for 20 years. He and his wife considered "King James Bible Onlyists" a bunch of "wackos". Then they decided to research the facts in a fair manner. Their conclusion is now completely different. Picking a Bible that "best suits you" is the same as picking a Jesus that best suits you. They are both one and the same because the Word was made flesh (John 1:14). Many people in our churches prefer a Bible that is not God's Word or a Jesus who is not the Christ. They do not want "sound doctrine". This is hellish, to say the least.
What we have here is ANOTHER attempt to publish ANOTHER modern version of the Bible. It is A-L-L about lots and lots of $$$$$$. These guys need to leave God's Word alone.
Health care is not the problem in America. Never has been. HEALTH is the problem. People drink like fish, smoke like chimneys, eat like pigs, never exercise and say that we need better health care. No, we need better health. Past generations never had the huge health problems we have. Compare their lifestyles and ours. BIG DIFFERENCE!
