Since this code aims at discriminating against people of faith, it should be possible to 'proactively challenge discrimination' and 'value diversity' by putting across the Christian worldview in the teeth of a secular society. I am so fed up with the accelerating decay of morality in the West, of which this is one example, that I now live in South Korea. I cannot imagine bringing up my children in the West. I would rather bring them up in a Muslim country.
