Well Chris G P I just moved to Kentucky from Massachusetts. There are NO fish places here at all. So I got it at a chain restaurant. Wasn't the greatest idea. Maybe I will move back to the coast.
My own wife used several this morning. " Honey do you want FRANKS for dinner?" "Can you please use your FORK?" "These shoes are a killer on my FEET!" I told her about f-words but she just won't listen!! Any Biblical advice??
Well Carl I guess we will never know..it's not in the NT. But honestly, I've always voted since I've been a believer, but I'm choosing not to this election cycle for conscience sake. I have a hard time voting for one person who's a criminal and belongs in prison, and another who is disrespectful to women. I could write in Cruz I suppose but honestly what is the point? Therefore I have decided to do the only thing the Bible tells me to do. Pray.
Good word Chris GP. That's always the tough balance right? Being in the world but not of it. By the way I had some fish n chips last night..probably nowhere near as good as it is in your homeland! I don't know why I said that. Hungry I guess!!!
Abnormal Christians. The only abnormal Christians I know are legalisms that try to inject into the Scripture things that are not there. Those are the abnormal ones. And if you are bothered by the state of things in this country perhaps you should buy some good Biblical Gospel tracts and tell people the good news. I'm so sick and tired of hearing Christians talk about rights...my poor Christmas tree is now a holiday tree. The schools are evil. Earth will never be a utopia and if you think it will be you need to read your Bible..I'm a believer in Jesus Christ first. If America implodes you know what? I'm still a believer in Christ.
Hey John is there a scriptural mandate for "dopey evangelical women" to vote for anyone? I think not..we are to pray for leaders. Not put them in office.
Your right Christopher. I'm from MA and it's the same way. Great opportunity to engage with the Gospel. I remember asking a lady in a store in Chicopee how Allah would respond to her sin and she said he would punish her severely..well that of course is a perfect segway into the Gospel..did I spell segway right?
