“ Great vision. ” A great story about a man who received a great vision from the Lord. The importance of having a vision in the work. Without a vision we will attain nothing.
“ wise and compassionate. ” The author takes human failings we all experience, edifies them through sound theology so we can take the focus of our lives 'off ourselves' and onto Jesus.
It is a unique ministry.....But one I agree whole heartedly with...and it is sad to realize "we" waste so much time and energy in regrets...losses...failures..unfullfilled potentials...
2 Samuel 21:17.

“ Enlightening Sermon! ” This was a great sermon/teaching on
a powerful Christian I'd never heard
about. Many of us need to know more
about our earlier Christian history.
Will listen to the others in this list.

“ Great Digest of Early History ” This is an excellent brief survery of
our Chistian history that dealt with
the time of Whycliff and his courageous work with Scripture. He
performed a powerful service to the
common people of his time. He truly was blessed by God.
“ The Sermon Subtitle Is Misleading ” Why is the sermon subtitle noted as "Richard Baxter on Dating"? Richard Baxter was not mentioned once in this sermon on Puritan courtship, nor were Puritan views on dating or courtship even cited in the sermon. While the sermon has some good points, I was a little let down by the misleading subtitle.
“ Great lesson. ” Very good treatment of the matter. We can feel guilty because of the sin of others. But Christ can liberate us from this false guilt also.
“ Great lessons. ” A combination of many causes for spiritual depression. Some of which are dealt with in this life, but we will escape all at the resurrection. We are taught to look beyond this world and this life for hope.
“ Great lesson. ” Yes, we have this tendency of thinking that we deserve to be happy. And when we have problems we start to be angry - at others, at life or at God. And then we fall into depression. But we deserve only hell and all good things we have are the blessings of God in His grace.
“ New understanding. ” Very good message. I never thought in this way about this Psalm. Thank you very much for opening my understanding for this really important matter!
“ Great encouragement. ” Very encouraging message. We are never useless to God. Hw is working in us and through us as long as we are here. He has a calling for us and He takes pleasure is making us fellow-workers with Him.
“ Trusting in darkness. ” True, profound and biblical message about God's absence. God has the right to test us without telling us why He does it. We must trust Him in darkness.
