At the present time in 2024 I have never known the Masters church to be in such poor condition, (and I do not exclude myself from this criticism) There are two sermons I believe should be mandatory in todays church and they are;

I truly havenāt since experienced the closeness of The Lord in a prayer meeting since those days. Iām confident this brother has brought us a timely msg as it is needed more now than everā¦

“ What a move of God ” If you werenāt there youāve gotta listen to this word. Dr Vaughn really preached Gods word on Saturday. Touched everyone in the room.
“ Revive us Again ” Brokenness is what believers need! I had been knocking on doors, sharing and doing things for God for more than 20 years with no results. I was thirsty for more of God. Since my husband didn't go into ministry, I got on my knees at home after he left for work and prayed, "LORD, take away anything in my life that keeps me from knowing YOU intimately and I want to know that I am 100% in YOUR will just being a housewife & mother". A few weeks later my husband lost his good job & our house, but at that very moment, I had an inner HOPE in GOD that it was HIM working. It was a glory within I never had before though saved. God would speak the instant I had a negative feeling that cleansed my conscience for over 45yr. God showed me His Jealousy & how my love for HIS word, to worship HIM and to witness was not my love but HIS SON in my as I died with HIM (Col.3:3). It has been joy unspeakable with peace that passeth understanding.
“ Powerful, Convicting & Encouraging! ” Thank you Pastor Acevedo I have been so deeply moved and stired by this powerful message. Weāre living in a day and an evil age where Godās holy & precious name is being desecrated, mocked and blasphemed, we are being plunged into utter chaos and are surrounded by an extremely godless and sinful culture where the Church is languishing and failing to make progress for lack of prayer, boldness & a deep knowledge of Christ!! If the church of Christ ever needed revival and spiritual vivification it is today per our sad & low spiritual state, the Church is almost unrecognizable from the early Church. We desperately need God to empower and strengthen more Godly Preachers we need more BOLD, Fiery and Earth-Shaking Sermons like these in our Pulpits today! Your sermon has deeply resonated with the heavy burden of my soul, thank you Pastor for your boldness and intense desire to see a sanctified & beautified Church. I am deeply encouraged and moved by the exhortation to continue laboring & toiling in prayer ā we need not to grow weary, or tired even when weāre tempted to... we must keep taking up the cross & cause of Christ. I pray He continues to bless and supply us with strength & fortitude that we need to keep on going!! We know wrestling in prayer is not easy and itās not for the weak

Before I try a new church, I usually ask how (or if) the church is evangelizing. Hardly any churches are interested and see me as a radical. Keep preaching this. The church needs this! Glorify Him. Thank you.
