Last Sunday we explored the covenant symbolism of the rainbow. In this sermon we explore the perversion of the covenant sign of the rainbow by the LGBTQ+ community. The choice of a sign to represent the movement, while not necessarily self-conscious appropriation of the biblical sign of the rainbow is at the very least ironic, and has become the covenant sign for this modern rebellion against God-given norms and a covenant with death. Join us was we seek to understand, "How should we as Christians respond?"
