Aim: To understand that the Lord Jesus is truly the unique Savior of the world.
Exegesis: No one can match our Lord's person. He is to be at the center of our lives (vv. 14-15) and the focus of our prayers (vv. 16-18). No one can match our Lord's passion, manifest in His authoritative preaching (v. 19) and presence (v. 20). No one can match our Lord's power. The devil must submit to Christ (vv. 21-22a) and unbelief must bow to Christ (v. 22b).
Key verse: v. 15 ''Immediately, when they saw [Jesus], all the people were greatly amazed, and running to Him, greeted Him.''
