God Hates Sin God Hates Sin Sovereign Grace Baptist...
“ Great Point, Justice Compromised! ” Bad interpretation has led to a false "love", which in fact is not love if it tolerates sin and "loves" the wicked. If love is a summary of the Ten Commandments than love must not compromise God's justice but uphold it. Mercy is only for the penitent, not rebels or the persistently wicked. (Mercy implies contrition by the guilty party confessed). Part of the reason is that we no longer sing Psalms (like this one).
